Abstract | In this paper a current-control strategy for AC induction motors is presented, that besides of minimizing the electromagnetic torque ripple in 50% respect to the two-level hysteresis current-control, reduces the complexity of the same one as far as hardware and software resources. This complexity reduction causes a higher speed response, doesn’t increase the commutation losses, and minimizes the perturbations and vibrations on the load of the motor. The simulation results and experimentation are analyzed. |
